Paramount Tensile Strength Tester i9 (with software) is Next Generation equipment, which works on the Constant Rate of Elongation (CRE) principle. The equipment body is made of mild steel with three jaws to test specimen. The lower clamps or jaw is movable & the upper clamp is stationary. The load exerted on the movable jaw is sensed by load cell attached with upper clamp, which directly indicates the load digitally in kgf as well as in software.
The equipment runs with advanced software through laptop (Supplied along with it). The equipment has an in-built provision for safety arrangement. It has a provision to prevent over travel of the moving jaw. It has an in-built line filter arrangement to check any fluctuations in power supply so that it does not have any effect on the result generated, thereby giving accurate result. The exclusive feature of Tensile strength Tester i10 is that it can run from the control panel or through the software in the laptop. Its software is advanced with all latest features. The equipment is finished in special blue & grey powder coated paint. The other parts are made with Stainless-Steel to give a corrosion resistant long-life finish
