The compression strength is determined by placing the box on a flat platform and pressing its top with the help of another flat plate. It is vital to determine the Compression Strength of the Box in order to make sure that the box will be able to resist the anticipated compressive forces during Transportation and to determine the load that the box will be able to withstand during transit and storage
