Product Description

Paramount Cone Crush tester i9 is an ergonomically designed equipment, the sample is held between two jaws, the Upper one is a stationary jaw while the other Lower jaw is made to move at ap reset speed. The load exerted on the movable jaw is sensed by a sensitive sensor connected with loadcell, which directly indicates the load in Digital form in kgf. The result of elongation is indicated directly on display. The equipment has an in-built provision for safety arrangement; it has a provision to prevent Overtravel of the moving jaw. It has an in-built line filter arrangement to check any fluctuations in power supply. The jaw returns to its original position after the collapse of sample. Also there is provision of selecting minimum value to measure the minimum load. The Frame of the Tester is fabricated from heavy Mild Steel sections to give the required rigidity and strength. The exclusive feature of Cone Crush Tester i9 is its Control Panel which houses all the controls and is very user friendly and easy to operate due to its convenient location .The Equipment is finished in special Blue Powder Coated Paint.
