Product Description

DetectMASTER is a simple & powerful tool to check the exact location of the broken needle. It consists of sensors fitted along length (Centre Line) of the m/c under the bottom platform. The one light indicator fitted on the left side has been provided for visual indication as they glow if there is any iron particle. A buzzer (for sound) is also fitted inside the machine.

Paramount DetectMASTER i9 (Handy) is extremely useful to detect broken needles or ferrous metal in all type of knitted, woven or non-woven fabrics garments. It is also useful for socks, undergarments home furnishing in packed or unpacked form. It is a multi-purpose equipment, which is also useful for food, wood, chemical, Pharmaceutical industry.

This machine has a high sensitivity that can detect very small broken needles. Take the test card of 1.2 mm as the basis; the detection height reaches above 10 mm

An alarm sounds at the detection of any broken needle & the belt stops and comes back to its original position
